1. No Refund Policy
Since webinar access links and learning content are digital, Blueoleg does not offer refunds once payment is completed.
2. Cancellation
- If you cannot attend, replacement is allowed (new participant details must be shared before the event).
- Blueoleg may cancel or reschedule the webinar due to unavoidable reasons.
3. Technical Issues
- Blueoleg is not responsible for attendee-side network problems.
- If a platform issue occurs on our side, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
